Session recording

This site uses Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used: mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and taps, the pages visited, and general device and browser details. The recordings are played back as a reconstruction of the page, not as video of your screen, and they are used to see where the site is confusing or slow so it can be improved.

Anything typed into a form is hidden before it is recorded. Every field on this site is marked as masked, so names, phone numbers, email addresses and messages are replaced with placeholder characters before anything is sent. What you type is not readable in a recording.

Microsoft processes this information as our provider, and holds it outside New Zealand under its own privacy statement. If you would rather not be recorded, block clarity.ms in your browser or with an ad blocker. The site works normally either way.

Visit counts

This site counts its own visits: which pages are viewed, where visitors arrive from, and when a phone number, email address or form is used. It does this without cookies and without identifying anyone. No IP address is stored, nothing typed into a form is sent, and a visit cannot be followed across days or across sites. The counts are kept by our web studio and are not shared with anyone else.
